About Me

Your Personality Is Like Acid
A bit wacky, you're very difficult to predict.
One moment you're in your own little happy universe...
And the next, you're on a bad trip to your own personal hell!
At your best: You understand the world completely, and every ordinary experience is sublime.
What people like about being around you: You say and do the craziest things. You're very entertaining.
What people dislike about being around you: You're unpredictable. Your mood swings are quite intense.
How addicted people get to you: They pretty much don't get addicted to you. What Drug Is Your Personality Like?
Rachael || Lover || Muso || Knower || Poet
I'm also a hardcore Christian. I live my life for Jesus Christ. He saved me when I thought there was nothing left. I'm not judgemental or hateful, I just love you =)
Music is something akin to oxygen. I play: guitars (acoustic+electric+bass) and I'm learning piano (slowly but surely, I hope) and I fail at my brother's drum kit ^_^
I'm a geek. I like literature and philosophy and psychology and such things. I'm also a second-year International Baccalaureate student at the moment. What are the problems of knowledge here?
I've been told that I'm too mature for my own good, but also that I'm "weird but cute". What do you think? My friends are awesome, and this is the part where I mention Louise and Josh because they simultaneously asked me to... have you considered home schooling? =P
MSN: [email protected]
In the caves behind my house, I found a softer world. They understand what I had to do for love. They don't believe in restraining orders.
The only thing that's going to bother me
Is that you'll all call yourselves my friends
Why can't you look me in the eyes one last time?
The writing's on the wall
You've read that I'll be gone
But if you call my name
Just know that I'll come running
For one more night to spare with you
This is where I'm meant to be
Please don't leave me

I'd like to meet:

Oscar Wilde Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination || At twilight, nature is not without loveliness, though perhaps its chief use is to illustrate quotations from the poets.
Friedrich Nietzche In truth, there was only one Christian, and he died on the cross || You need chaos in your soul to give birth to a dancing star || Poets are shameless with their experiences: they exploit them || What is done out of love always takes place beyond good and evil.
Fyodor Dostoevsky What is hell? I maintain that it is the suffering of being unable to love || Hesitation, anxiety, the struggle between belief and disbelief—all that is sometimes such a torment for a conscientious man ... that it’s better to hang oneself || Even those who have renounced Christianity and attack it, in their inmost being still follow the Christian ideal, for hitherto neither their subtlety nor the ardor of their hearts has been able to create a higher ideal of man and of virtue than the ideal given by Christ || Psychology lures even most serious people into romancing, and quite unconsciously || It is not as a child that I believe and confess Jesus Christ. My hosanna is born of a furnace of doubt || Two plus two equals five is not without its attractions || I've only taken to an extreme that which you haven't even dared to take halfway.

When I say... [a poem, not by me]

When I say..."I am a Christian"I'm not shouting "I am saved" I'm whispering "I was lost" That is why I chose this way. When I say..."I am a Christian" I don't speak of this with pride. I'm confessing ...
