And what is an Angel... but a ghost in drag?

About Me

I am a fallible human being. I do good and bad, I try to do the former more then the latter though. Ballanced dichotomy. If you have a further interest then inquire at your leisure.
Moving, Twisting, Daunting.
Subconscious words inside me taunting.
The meow of a cat, ka-boom, ker-splat.
That movie made me laugh.
Hunter S Thompson.
"When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro"
"Buy the ticket, take the ride"
"Too weird to live, too rare to die"
Its sad to see such a great man fall so far.
Family Guy... fucking with your childhood since 1999.
And the angel of the Lord came unto me,
snatching me up from my place of slumber,
and took me on high, and higher still
until we moved in the spaces betwixt the air itself.
And he bore me unto a vast farmland
of our own midwest, and as we descended
cries of impending doom rose from the soil.
One thousand, nay, a million voices full of fear.
And terror possessed me then.
And I begged,
"Angel of the Lord, what are these tortured screams?"
And the angel said unto me,
"These are the cries of the carrots,
the cries of the carrots.
You see, reverend Maynard, tomorrow is harvest day
and to them it is the holocaust."
And I sprang from my slumber drenched in sweat
like the tears of one millions terrified brothers and
I roared,
"Hear me now,
I have seen the light,
they have a consciousness,
they have a life,
they have a soul.
damn you!
let the rabbits wear glasses,
save our brothers...can I get an amen?"
"AMEN!"
"Can I get a hallelujah?"
"Hallelujah!"
"Thank you, Jesus."
I now bring you Douglas Adams with even more ways to get off my planet!
1. Phone NASA. Their phone number is (713) 483-3111. Explain that it's very important that you get away as soon as posible.
2. If they do not cooperate, phone any friend you may have in the White Hous-(202) 456-1414- to have a word on your behalf with the guys at NASA.
3. If you don't have any friends at the White House, phone the Kremlin(ask the over seas operator for 0107-095-295-9051). They don't have any friends in the White House either (at least, none we can speak of), but they do seem to have a little influence, so you may try as well.
4. If that also fails, phone the Pope for guidence. His telephone number is 011-39-6-6982, and I gather his switchboard is infallible.
5. If all these attempts fail, flag down a passing flying saucer and explain that it's vitally important you get away before your phone bill arrives.
And now for something completely different.
Poems?
The Necklace
In rememberance
Of lost love
She wore it
Everyday
Nothing could reproach
The thought
The memory
Of his giving
Pleaded upon was she
To find a new fixture
To move on
And she did
She gave me the necklace
And I gave her
A diamond one
In kind
Again she wore it
The diamond
Every waking hour
And even in sleep
Untill a time came
When she asked
For the old one back
But still wore the diamond
Today
She wears neither
And has no rememberance
For either lost love
~~~~~~~~~~
Beauty fades
A rose withers
Mountains crumble
Paints wash away
Yet the sounds of emotion
Will forever guide my soul
My Interests
Guinness and scotch, and people who like Guinness and scotch. Also I enjoy reading alot, playing video games, as well as playing other games both naughty and nice.
I'd like to meet:
Random people, I meet them all the time at my "job", almost too many to be frank with you. That shall not stop me from getting to know you though.
Music:
My top five all time favs are as follows:
1. The man in black himself
2. Stevie Ray Vaughan
3. Tool
4. Alice in chains
5. Led Zeppelin
Also it needs to be said that my tatse in music is very eclectic. I do not like hip hop and rap so much... I feel that it portrays too much of a negative example for our youth.
I HATE Emo with a passion... they all need to quit whining, eat a salt tablet and walk it off guys, its called being a teenager with angst... get used to it.
I love to sit back and relax to classical music while reading. But funny enough my fav classical music CD is really Tool. This may seem odd but it isnt if you know me and have heard it before. Here is some help if your interested: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005ORCW/103-2019013-0815 825?v=glance&n=5174 .
But yeah Ill listen to anything once and most of the time Ill enjoy said music as long as it is genuinely good.
Movies:
Yes! I love me some movies... sadly growing up I didnt get to see as much television and movies as everyone else I know. So my friends are still introducing me to really good shit that I should have seen years ago.
Some of my favs are as follows:
The Princess Bride
Se7en
All the Star Wars movies
The Count of Monte Cristo
The Usual Suspects
Blade Runner
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Equilbrium
The Conan movies
The Alien and Predater movies
Natural Born Killers
True Romance
Closer
those last three are some of the best love stories ever hehe
Kill Bill
Well shit, Quinten Tarantino in general
Donnie Darko
Full Metal Jacket
Clockwork Orange
Thank you for Smoking
Lucky Number Sleven
Bah this list will be too long if I keep going at it like this.
I like spy movies in general.
As well as well written and acted dramas.
I do not like suspence or thriller slasher movies from the newer generation of film makers... the classics from the 70's and 80's rock though.
Comedy - Yay.
I love old bad kung fu.
Television:
No! I only watch a few channels on TV. All of them are educational ie Discovery, History, Food Network, PBS, TLC and such. I enjoy learning not mindless entertainment.
But there is always room for funny stuff... such as Family Guy and Futurerama.
Books:
Yes! All of them eventually!
Heroes:
Ron! hehe. I dont have any heroes nor do I like the way that they affect people. I do have a small list of people that have inspired me in my life, though none of them are famous, and I shall keep their names to myself.
