Jesse and The Night

I'm out listening and dancing by night and serenading swooning couples in a Venetian gondola through the lagoons of City Park in New Orleans by day, when the winds come and bring too much of that famous muddy water. At once I begin looking toward the Pacific Northwest, as it had been in the back of my mind from earlier road trips of windsurfing and late adolescent wandering. At the present, you can find me every Sunday morning playing brunch at one of Portland's most popular and charismatic neighborhood restaurants, Acadia (a New Orleans bistro). I'm joined by a fellow Katrina transplant drummer Mark DiFlorio (see friends). You can see the whole funky trio monthly at venues Biddy McGraw's and The Green Room, among various other public and private events.
