"She was not quite what you would call refined. She was not quite what you would call unrefined. She was the kind of person that keeps a parrot." ~ Mark Twain
I am: - a twinkie... or a banana if you prefer (you know, yellow on the outside, White on the inside) - anal retentive and a little OCD - xenophobic - hypochondriac - a good cook, but a lazy cook - easily pissed off - allergic to cats, pollen, dust mites, trees, and more! - usually late - fascinated with life and the fact that we exist - non religious - lazy and a slob - not sexual - slow - impatient - anti social and socially inept - allergic to lavender, the smell makes me want to vomit - a fashion faux pas (I once wore an outfit that made me look like "a condiment") - not funny - a one drink woman - easily influenced in opinion - delusional - married
I: - hold a grudge and dwell on things for far too long - spend too much and earn too little - don't read nearly enough - cannot remember facts, names, time periods, important dates, etc. - cannot shut out or ignore annoying random noises, especially at night - have a tongue piercing and 3 tattoos (frog, flower, & star) - often take on more than I can handle - can't cook rice consistently - get motion sick very easily - cry easily - don't smoke or do drugs - check my e-mail far too many times a day - have an irrational fear of being killed or seriously injured by freeway shrapnel - am learning how to play golf
I love: - Taylor - Hippo - Humphrey and Johnny and my foster birds - my friends - frog paraphernalia - gerbera daisies - rainy days - raw oysters - snow - snowflakes - snowboarding - paid vacation and sick leave - sugar - 80s modern rock and new wave - New Zealand
I like: - watching TV, movies, and listening to music - dancing, jazz, hiphop, ballet, and ballroom - wearing glasses - chocolate - my body - my hair - being physically flexible - painting - reminiscing - looking at old photographs - driving fast - sushi - dirty martinis and good bloody marys - taking long showers - DDR and Karaoke Revolution - my job - hitting balls at the driving range - playing Wii! - watching Three Sheets on the MOJO network
I dislike: - BMWs and Mercedes - BMW drivers/owners - waking up - repeating myself because people can't hear me - loud talkers - cigarette smoke and smokers who smell like smoke - gnocchi - junk mail and spam (but not the "meat" SPAM - I like SPAM!) - potholes - cleaning up after myself - being in debt - those annoying kids down the street who tear around the neighborhood in their rice rockets and ATVs
I hate: - vehicles the spew smog - that I don't have the emotional energy to continue volunteering at the animal shelter (I burnt out bad!) - that my co-worker talks to herself non stop and that when she's not talking to herself, she's singing along with the radio; it's like working with "Nell" (uh leeehf ain thu wayind) it will make me go postal one day - people who drive the speed limit in the carpool lane and people who don't drive nearly fast enough in the fast lane - Sarah Silverman - when I get a loose hair down my shirt - people who say "fustrating" (it's FRustrating people!)
