I'd like to meet:

Some cool Jazz musicians, so we can get together and Jam

Music:

I listen to a wide variaty of styles. I play trumpet/flugelhorn/valve trombone but also sing. My number one influence is my father who played accordian in a polka band and swung out after hours with jazz combos. Other influences include Clark Terry, Miles Davis, Lee Morgan, Bobby Hackett, Herb Alpert, Bob Brookmeyer, Willie Colon, Steve Turre, Wycliffe Gordon and J.J. Johnson and arrangers such as Percy Faith, Henry Mancini, Burt Bacharach, Billy Strayhorn, Gil Evens and Bert Kaempfert. Keep it Cool!

Movies:

I'm a huge Horror movie fan. My father took me to see my first one in 1980....it was the Fog. I love to Scare and be Scared.....i guess thats why i love Holloween so much too.

Television:

I'm into crime drama......mostly because i have to.....thanks Laura.....also like OverHauling and Medium. Plus i think i could host What Not To Wear.

Books:

Leather bound classics. Currently reading The Hunchback of Notre-Dame by Victor Hugo

Heroes:

My Mom and Dad mostly. Dad was a great musician and a hard worker. He went to school when he could and became head engineer at a local injection molding company.....gave up playing in bands when he hurt his back real bad........heavy accordion not heavy metal. Behind every good man is a better woman........love and miss you mom. She stayed at home and was a great mom and house wife....when we all left home she was the one who kept us all in touch with each other..........now we forget birthdays. Musically....other then dad......my hero is Clark Terry. Plays flugelhorn, and trumpet with all the mutes.....he sings too......even invented a new singing style.
