About Me

I'm a vintage enthusiast, but not a purist. I prefer the time period between 1930-1957...basically pre-polyester! Although, my favorite cars, clothing, and furniture come from about '36 to '42. I wear vintage and/or retro everyday and I drive my '05 PT Cruiser, that I've made up to look like a late 30s Chrysler. But, in my spare time & on the weekends I enjoy taking out my vintage gal in my 1937 Plymouth P4, Adelaide.

My Interests

Beyond anything, I enjoy going out dancing the most, especially with my lady.
I love hanging out with friends @ events that involve vintage anything: horse races ,dancing ,music ,bowling , cinema ,stage ,etc.

Music:

Boogie Woogie Piano is No. 1 ...nothing else can compare ,but I love to dance to jump blues of the 40s and 50s ,swing (both past & present), doo-wop, big band ,dixieland ,jazz ,blues ,etc. I Love HOPPING to Lindy...not "Grooving"! (our swing clubs need better music!)
