About Me

We are currently in the finalization process of recording our first demo in studio. We think you all will enjoy it as we not only had alot of fun recording, but are immensely impressed with how the songs are turning out! It won't be long before we start frisbeeing them in your general direction!

We were initially going to name the band Identity Crisis but too many other bands had that name so we chose Action Frank. There may already be another Action Frank or two floating around, but far less than the amount of Identity Crisis..s.
