About Me
Ok, here's the deal. Everyone has a past and a story...In a nutshell, here's mine...I've done and seen alot so far in my life. Ive hung with celebrties, thrown some of CT's hottest parties, traveled all up the East Coast, parts of Canada, Cali, and Puerto Rico. I've had every crappy job you can find, and some good ones. Ive went from 6 figures in the bank, to being the average joe and waiting for that check in the mail. One thing about me is, when I have to swallow my pride, I will. I would rather hustle or beg for cash rather than see my car be towed away. Yeah, my life has been a rollercoaster, but in ways, I almost like it that way. Keeps me fresh on my toes.
So you wanna get to know me huh..ok..here goes..I grew up in New Haven, b&r in Fair Haven in the Heights and Wooster Street. Now every Italian in New Haven will say that, but I really did. My grandparents, god rest their souls, lived there...get it...ok moving along...
I was raised catholic and went to Notre Dame West Haven. I was a Hockey player and my senior year was named Captain. I also won a State Title there and played in front of 10 thousand people at The Hartford Civic Center. Went on to college and just hated it. Never felt comfortable. Like I didnt belong there or something. But it got me a taste of life and I managed to get 2 years in(I'll finish some day just to have something cool to hang on my wall.)
For years on and off starting back in High School, I got involved in promotions. Money, drugs, sex, and money was all that was around and seen. It's like a cancer if you let it get to you. And that can be good and bad. I look back on my experiences and I am happy and disgusted about alot of things that came from this 'scene.' I am happy I was able to be apart of my own company on two different occassions, met friends who I probally would have never met, booked and hung out with celebrities from the A to the C list...here's a few shameless name drops...James Gandolfini, Dennis Leary, The Cast of Rescue Me, Carson Dailey, Steve Buscemi, Frank Vincent, Joe Namath, Bubba Smith, Bo Jackson, Ricky Williams and such industry people as Vic Latino, Louie DeVito, Angelo Venuto, Cascada..ok there is more, but now I feel like a cavone. One of the hardest things I have come to accept is that in life, sometimes, you just gotta walk away. I walked away from this 'life.'
I would say I am pretty easy to figure out. I like what I like and that's it. Im loyal, honest and will scrap out for my friends anytime they need it. I hate liars, cheaters,bullshit artists, girls that get stumbling drunk or act sneaky and people that need to brag about how much money they have or what kinda clothes they own. Listen..that doesn't faze me at all. I quote LL Cool Jay of all people "Man made the money, money didnt make the man."
Im Italian, and I love like to cook, hang out at home with my friends or my Xbox 360. Ya, I can be a geek but it relaxes me so I don't care what the stigma is. I love watching movies and collecting dvds. I have a good fashion sense I think, and I like looking good if I can lol. Traveling is a huge favorite of mine as well. I also enjoy long conversations over a nice cup of coffee or a bottle of wine just before the sun is going down. I love getting away, but I miss home after while...I just do,I don't get it, but New Haven is my home and I love it.
