"Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (Matt. 11:28-30).
That scripture has consoled the hearts of plenty, yet they are only words that all to entirely modulate comforting and for lack of a better word are worthless, unless believed to be true. If they are true, how can we apply them to our lives? How can we walk free from these burdens that weigh us down so repeatedly? Now often it seems practically impossible to avoid STRESS.
