My interests are mostly gaming related. In fact, wanna know what I'm interested in? You.
You and gaming would be like a match made in heaven. So tell me...
What character did you always choose in Street Fighter 2? Did you ever complete Tetris? What are your favourite Fallout (1 or 2, I'm not fussed...but no Tactics if its ok) memories?
Did you support Elixir studios? What are your thought on Starforce? How much do you miss Dizzy, prince of yolkfolk? Any Pontifex stories?
Crimsonland is one of the 10 greatest games ever. Discuss.
I'd like to meet:
Hover over anyone you don't recognise.
Also, all those folk down there on my friend list. They seem like nice folks. I'd like to meet them too. Some more than others...
Music:
I have an eclectic taste: (this is in no way a complete list)
Tool, Smile D.K, Tori Amos, Avril Lavigne, Biffy Clyro, Dolly Parton, Tampasm, Nina Simone, Martin Sexton, Gary Newman,
Pearl Jam, some Iron Maiden, Prodigy, Foo Fighters, Johnny Cash, Kansas, Catch 22, Pachelbel, Boogie Pimps, DJ Shadow and loads of game soundtracks and anime themes.
Eve's Plum, from what I've heard are a bit alright, as are The Mars Volta. Plastic Toys seem to be becoming a big thing, which is cool as their "Tonight Only" track is genius!
Got a lot of love for BT, Mylo, Amon Tobin, The Eels, The Flaming Lips, Miss Kitten and some Nightwish. Alison Krauss, Vanessa Mae, Keiko Matsui and Craig Armstrong are good for mellow moods.
There is always space on my mp3 player for Susie Suh and Tegan and Sara.
Quite enjoy a bit of Robots in Disguise but that's mostly the Boosh connection. The Freedom Fighters soundtrack is one of my most listened to albums. Can't have enough Hungarian Radio Choir.
With the new Hush Sound album out, I've been listening to it in mass chunks...and in a few weeks, I reckon it'll know Tool of my Last.FM top played artist
My recent songs from Last.FM :
Movies:
(this also, is in no way a complete or ordered list)

Specifically: The Man Who Wasn't There, Payback, Blade Runner, Moulin Rouge, Serenity, Battle Royale, Happy Texis,
Fletch, Shaun of the Dead, Napoleon Dynamite, Secretary, any Miazaki/Studio Ghibli, The Last Unicorn, Dawn of the Dead (original), all those movies of the 80s that I grew up with like Sixteen Candles and the Goonies etc etc
Television:
Firefly, House, Quantum Leap, Upright Citizens Brigade, Columbo, Spider, Mythbusters, Lucy:Daughter of the Devil, 24, QI, and most documentaries.
I do like more, but I can't think right now.
Books:
Philip K Dick, William Goldman's Princess Bride ( I hate the film though), John Harvey's Junkyard Angel.
Why is it, when your put on the spot, you forget everything?
J Hellers Catch 22, Wildes Portrait of Dorian Grey, Conrads Heart of Darkness all the usual ones...
Do comics count? Cos I enjoy my comics. Mostly manga, granted, but I also love Johnen Vasquez and Billy Tucci.
Heroes:
Mal Reynold, Indiana Jones, Han Solo, The Phantom (The Ghost Who Walks), and many other fictional characters(all of whom anti-heros, technically).
In the real world, I admire those visionaries, who refuse to let the world get them down, and who carve their own path. People such as David Hobby, Charlie Brooker and Vanilla Ice.
