The Association of Independent Music is the trade association for UK independent record labels and distributors. Formed in 1999 by a handful of labels, we currently have over 900 label and distributor members. Our official website is www.musicindie.com.
AIM's membership includes the very large and successful independent labels such as XL Recordings, Domino and [PIAS], down to artists running their own DIY labels releasing their own material. We provide services including business advice, networking events, training, lobbying and much more.
