Rob Carey

born naked singing about the light with my eyes shut to keep from going blindRob Carey has been slowly and steadily developing his own musical and lyrical style. He began by playing in 2000 on the Staten Island Ferry and in the subways of New York and Philadelphia and on Bourbon St. in New Orleans. He spent a couple of years in a band called Pocketful Of Pearls which recorded a live Demo in 2002. He has played in such places as The Cutting Room, Sidewalk Cafe, Mo Pitkins, Wicked Willy's as well as various places around the tri-state area. He is currently working on a CD and several original projects.
