It all started on a sunny April day in 2005 as a garage rock jam session. That was the first day. Since then Haven has grown exponentially, furthering their quest for ’world domination’. With over 60 shows under their belt, Two Ep releases, competition wins, and an invitation to JSM Studios(Manhattan) by Woozyfly.com to record live videos. Also with various media articles, major radio station mentions, Haven has been steadily moving up the ranks. Haven is: Melody Dante [vocals, guitar, piano], Bella Valentine [Bass, background vocals] and the recently added Chris Schuh [drums,]. This newly converted 3 piece blends high energy, honest emotions and melodic rock together to create their unique sound. Influences include: Breaking Benjamin, 3 Days Grace, Eurythmics, Queen, P!nk, Hedley, Nirvana, Drowning Pool, Linkin Park, Sick Puppies, Korn, Ozzy Osbourne and Pantera. In addition to performing at an increasing number of club shows, Haven has produced it's own series of highly successful all ages shows to enthusiastic crowds. Haven delivers a high energy, stage performance featuring tight arrangements that hit home with their honesty and emotion. Haven will be heading back to the studio soon to produce a long awaited professional level demo due out mid July.
