I am here for Friends

About Me

Simply put: All I really want in the world is a good laugh.
(This may involve making fun of me or you. Let's be honest: Probably you.)I am a work-a-holic at my TV jobs. That's not (mostly) a bad thing; I'm able to actually do what I love to for a living. But that takes me away from some favorite pastimes like: Hating Jeff fighting crime in my talking car drinking a pint or two (or more) ever returning to Zzyzx - a road that no one should ever venture down anyway writing my autobiography as a coloring book convincing my three-year-old nephew that he is, indeed, Superman

My Interests

Spending time with family & friends, a nice cold beverage, a decent hockey match, sarcasm, Guinness, the Wawa Meatball Classic (Combinations accepted)
Also, I love it when a plan comes together.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with a good story to tell. Fellow Guinness-imbibers. A badass jazz trio. A Sith Lord that will give me lessons. Don Pardo, and he has to announce my name. My L.A. contingent- before you die when California falls into the ocean... youknowitsgonnahappen.

Music:

Elvis Costello, Motown, Steely Dan, Joan Osborne, Traveling Wilburys, John Williams, Johnny Costa, the piano riff in "Lady Madonna", The Malarkey Bros. and fine Irish music. Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell were the greatest duet ever. EVER. You'll find a wide range of styles in my iPod, and, yes, that does include music beyond what your parents listened to.

Movies:

The Big Lebowski, Better Off Dead, Big Trouble in Little China, Empire Records, UHF, It's A Wonderful Life, Standing In The Shadows Of Motown, L.A. Confidential, Grosse Pointe Blank, Time Bandits, and Star Wars, of course.

Television:

NewsRadio, Knight Rider, The West Wing, Sports Night, old-school 80s TV, Late Show, MythBusters!, Heroes, the new BSG, all those shows on cable where they show you how they make things.

Books:

Mostly history & biography lately.

Heroes:

Jim Henson
