About Me
Before forming Rudolph Steiner with mah buddy Kaya, i played keyboards for the band Velvet Eden- a moderately successful indies band, which are now disbanded. During my time in Velvet Eden, i played keyboards for 4 songs, and wrote the music for 3 of them; "Deadman's Child Minus 1 Gakushou", "Karesusuki" (from Velvet Eden's first single, "sute neko") and "Kumoonna".
I then formed the previously mentioned Rudolph Steiner with Kaya, who was previously in a band named iSOLA. We released two demo tapes under the name of Rudolph Steiner, "Queen of Decadence", and then "Perfect Garden".
We were then signed to Mana (Malice Mizer//Moi dix Mois)'s music label, Midi:Nette, where we changed our name to Schwarz Stein, and brought out 2 singles, "Perfect Garden", and "Current", as well as 2 albums, "New Vogue Children" and "Artificial Hallucination", which are very good, by the way. We played a handful of lives, most of them consisting opening for Moi dix Mois, and a few bands where we shared the bill with many other bands. We only had a few one man lives, before disbanding after our last live on March 29th 2004.
Then in March 2005, i released a 6 track mini album, titled "INNER UNIVERSE", all tracks were perfomed and written by me, except for "MODULATE GOD", which featured guest guitars from r.y.o, who happened to by Rudolph Steiner's producer. :D One the album, 3 out of 6 tracks contained vocals while the rest were instrumental pieces. I sung "MODULATE GOD" myself, while 2 female vocal tracks, "FROZEN PAST" and "INNER UNIVERSE" were supplied by Experiment Number 0513.
Late 2005, i released a full length album, "THE WORLD", which contained 10 tracks, 8 instrumental, and 2 with vocals. This time, i provided the vocals for "KILLING CULTURE", as well as a remix of "MODULATE GOD", from the previous mini album.
Early 2006, i did a one time only session unit with Kaya (i can't get enough of that guy :D) called another cell. I consider it more Kaya's work, rather than my own, but i sponsored Kaya, and re-wrote the songs 'INNER UNIVERSE', 'INDWELL' and 'FROZEN PAST', this time with Kaya on vocals, along with a remake of Rudolph Steiner's 'kuro ageha', along with 2 new songs, and 2 instrumentals.
Currently, i am writing my third album, "PROMINENCE" (no more spacey titles for me, hurrah!), which will be released in September. It will contain 11 tracks and be limited to 500 copies. That's all i will say for now, because i like to keep an air of mystery.
