anything that's fun...but... if you want me to be specific, i will... there's:music, dancing, spinnin' records, music, talking about random nonsene to people who think too much and try to make sense out of it, dancing, law, having conversations that last for hours with people who don't think too much and just plain understand, thinking, being silly, music, law, playing with my graphic design program, working on my website, music, dancing, ummm... i know there's more... oh yeah... MUSIC
you know what... i'm not sure if this is asking me what kind of people i want to meet on this thing or who i wanna meet before i die... i'm not gonna give you the standard issue *i'm looking for someone who is blah blah blah* answer b/c i didn't sign up on this thing for that... besides, it's a little more fun if i just tell you who i wanna meet before i die... number one on the list is chris lum (figure out who he is and think about who i am and you'll understand why)... then there's everyone else -- producers, dj's, a couple of authors, some actors, stuff like that... maybe one day i'll be that person that everyone wants to meet (doubtful but possible)... just gotta keep hope alive... peace
funky deep side.mp... i'm a house junkie at heart but i don't discriminate... jungle's good too... throw in some breaks, some tribal, a little bit of trance, and top it off with good underground style hip-hop (not that bubble gum s**t that the radio plays) and you got the basics... if you want more in depth details... imagine this... you're at a party... it's 7:00 in the morning... you're watching the sun rise behind a field of forest and mountain... there are a few thousand people dancing like noone's watching... the best closer in LA is in the midst of his three hour set... and you become one with the sound...
those few rare films that make me question what i have been conditioned to believe and accept as truth. i could give you a list if you really want me to, but c'mon... are you really gonna go rent each film that i list? exactly.
hmm... lemme see here... there's the simpsons... the practice will always be on the all time fav list... reality tv sux (except for fear factor -- there's just something about watching people eat roaches for money)... i'm down with the legal shows... most cartoons (ren & stimpy is classic, tom and jerry are untouchable, and itchy & scratchy is the best rip-off ever)... bugs bunny cartoons are in a league of their own (only bugs can get away with what he does)... and thundercats will always have a special place in my heart (there's nothing like waking up at 5:00 in the morning to watch cartoons, then going back to sleep for an hour before mom starts screaming at you to wake up and get ready for school)
it's all about tom clancy -- there's just something about having a firefight described in perfect detail; but i'm more into nonfiction (metaphysical spirituality type stuff)
