I am a sailor of the seas of consciousness, waking in my own body of water. Once asked, “If you could be anything, what would you be?” I answered to be a healer. This is the breath of fresh air that I share. At this moment in time I am a warrior in the fight against hunger. In this fight, I work for Marion-Polk Food Share, where I coordinate a community food program that encourages health, self-reliance and sustainability through gardening, good nutrition and community power. My love is for all things natural. The cycles are what connect me with spirit, and I come alive with as much flexibility as I possibly can. It is important to do, to learn, and to measure this creative process. Along side me on this path is my most favorite person, my wife Kat. She is a deep soul that believes in justice, compassion and the art of living simply. Together we raise our two boys, Otis and Irik, who inspire and challenge us. We are blessed and continue to progress as a family apart of a greater community. This greater community is what we are hear for. Kickin' it real with time as art as rhythm of something extraordinary. Yea, it's deep shit, but for me, I have to sink with it as it is my anchor.
