The Horned God aka Pan; in pagan/wiccan beliefs is considered a powerful deity and the archetype of male virility and sexuality (Dionysis). Also, a god of nature and protection (Faunus, the Green Man). It is believed that the Christian images of Satan, with his horns and cloven hoofs, were inspired by Pan as he was highly sexual, or, "sinful." He is associated with the constellation Capricornus and music (The Doors were very much inspired by him). He also struck fear into the hearts of his enemies and made the flee in panic by blowing his conch-hornBe WARRY be WATCHFULL... your adversary THE GOAT prowls around YOU like a ROARING LION... SEEKING SOMEBODY to DEVOUR.Resist in me and know this; Where TWO or MORE are separated I WILL BE PRESENT! YOU ARE NEVER ALONE! I WILL KEEP YOU SAFE AND WARM!I AM THE GOAT!!!!!!
