Really like auto-biographies and biographies, or anything that comes highly recommended. Also, love reading cooking books and not just to cook, just to read sometimes. I tend to start a book, put it down, then start raeding something else, then I will go back to the 1st book, then try to flip-flop between both of them (at this point it begins to get confusing), eventually I will finish one of the two or three books I am simulaneously reading. The Alchemist, Beneath The Underdog, The Book of Questions, The Orchid Thief, White Teeth, Native Son, Geek Love, The Latin Tinge, 100 Years of Solitude, and a certain Ms. Octavia Butler has been rocking my world lately...
My sisters (I know, it's corny but true), Shirley Chisholm, Octavia Butler, Mati Klarwein, Nina Simone, Muhammed Ali
