Lovin' the married life. . .

About Me

I love good red wine, photography, long conversations that creep up unexpectedly and leave you with new insight, my two dogs (Rio and Humphrey) and my husband, Chris, of course. We got married on April 28th and it was a magical time. All the people I love most in the world in one place to celebrate the joining of my life with the love o' my life! Very humbling and awe-inspiring, indeed. Can't believe it's been almost a year. . . time truly flies as you get older! Most of my conversations regarding current events begins with, "So guess what I heard on the radio this week?" I think it makes me more informed, but pretty sure those around me just roll their eyes! I enjoy working with children and volunteer at the WARM Place regularly (a center for grieving families) and one week a year at El Tesoro de la Vida, which is a camp for grieving children. Camp is one of my passions, so I'd better stop there, or this could be a very long little ditty. Not much else to report. . . and at the same time, way too much to ever type here. . . you'll just have to ask to know more. .

It is a perfect mixture of excitement and dread when you’re trying to get a house ready to sell and buy a new one.  We really need more space, and we have worked hard to get our house ready...
