Classic Rocker

I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it, like it, yes I do.

About Me

So, because I don't want to go out like Tupac, here's my new and improved About Me:
I'm Steve. I play baseball. I love classic rock more than anything else in life, the only exception being my girlfriend, Amanda.
Comedy is one of my favorite past-times, and one of few redeeming qualities of myself. Patton Oswalt is my favorite comedian, but I also like Jim Norton, Eddie Izzard, Steven Wright, Nick Swardson, Lewis Black, Maria Bamford, and Brian Posehn. I'm also a pretty funny guy in a creepy, awkward, cynical, sarcastic sorta way, but it works, kinda.
I'm a submarine relief pitcher for Yuba College. I throw in in the low 80's with a slider and change up. I'm going into my second semester as a sophomore, and have absolutely no idea where I'm transferring next year. So, wish me luck in that endeavor.
I have terrible self-esteem, but I have to admit it's getting better. A little better all the time.
I throw in classic rock references whenever I have the opportunity. Can you tell?
If I don't become a professional baseball player (which I highly doubt will happen), then I would like to be a classic rock disc jockey on the radio. If for some reason I can't do that, then professional bowler would be my third choice. I'm dead serious.
I'm a member of the online chess site chessmaniac.com, and I'm proud of it. I also have a deadjournal. My user name for my deadjournal is Classic_Rocker, and my user name on the chess site is the same without the _.
Did I mention I love classic rock? Well, I do.
Much to my pleasant surprise, it actually seems that I have found a girl to be in a healthy relationship with. Her name is Amanda, and I love her. She's basically amazing.
There's really not much else to me. I'm a guy, I play all kinds of video games, mostly N64 games, but I will also play Halo and Guitar Hero, and I am the lead guitarist for Eric Gold and the Hurricane KickS. We're in the middle of a world tour right now, but we should be wrapping up by the end of summer.

And on that semi-awesome note, I give you..........my MySpace. I know, it's not a brand new car, but it's all I got. Keep on rockin', and, as a wise and awesome man once said:
"Rock and roll ain't noise pollution, rock and roll it will survive, yes it will."
-Steve AKA S-Train

Censorship

We've all heard it: during a song, you hear that obvious silence, or, even worse, a wacky sound effect that renders the line meaningless.  Censorship destroys music as it was meant to be heard. &...
