I don't care too much for T.v nowadays unless it's the Sopranos or something on the History Channel. I'm an Old School Dude you know, Good Times,Thundercats,Transformers, etc.
My favorite books are, The Autobiography of Malcolm X, Roots, The Davinci Code, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. I basically like books that'll make me feel like I'm in the story or feel what the characters are going through.
