»-(¯`v´¯)-» Design your MySpace with MyLook «-(¯`v´¯)-«Born in October 2004, Milk draws its inspiration from bands like Cure, Sneaker Pimps, Fischerspooner, IAMX, The Kills... The trio gives a place of choice to the eighties synthesizers and binary rhythms. In four months, they compose no more than eight songs presented at their very first concert in Mons in May 2005. This awaited performance has been most certainly noticed and will be the beginning of a long list gigs all over Belgium. September 2005, Sébastien, Michaël and Aline start the recording of their first studio album. Taking advantage of this experience, their songs begin to take shape and structure. So called “groupe de scène”, Milk keeps on performing as much as possible. The band improves its show and earns a good reputation. From now on, Milk is no more unknown anymore and it seems then obvious that something is about to occur. In January 2006, eight months only after their very first show and whereas the recording of their album is near its end, Milk makes official its collaboration with the Brussels agency Progress Booking (Ghinzu, Soldout, Aqme, Robots in Disguise...). Now on, the events are connected and a few weeks later, the band receives a proposal for a distribution contract in the Benelux countries with Hysterias. Their album "Favorite Taste", 11 tracks, a concentrate of electro-rock is available in the stores since March 2006!
