I'm a true musical 80's whore and damn proud of it! From hair metal bands to pop to new wave! I'm a ROCKER at heart however, who also loves a great catchy pop tune! I consider myself lucky to experience some of the great music of LA's Sunset Strip before it disappeared and became the stuff of fairy tales and folklore! I do actually like music from after the 80's though, after all, good music is good music no matter the genra. I love everything from Aerosmith to U2 and it would take forever to list all the bands I love. Who currently comes to mind, besides the afore-mentioned: ANY AND ALL "HAIR METAL-GLAM BANDS", many of the old "Strip" bands, Cheap Trick, Garbage, Goo Goo Dolls, Tenacious D, Fall Out Boy, Rock Star Supernova, Radiohead, Jimmy Eat World, LA Guns, Duran Duran, Nelson, STP, Depeche Mode, Killers, Belinda Carlisle, No Doubt, Daughtry, Weezer, Bon Jovi, Electric Angels, Blackboard Jungle, Kelly Clarkson, Nelson, Michelle Branch, Jellyfish and on and on.........
Not a huge movie fan, I find most predictable or boring and have a hard time sitting still for 2 hours when theres so many other things I can do. I watch a movie because:1) I love an actor / actress in it that continually picks good bodies of work to be apart of2) It's a ridiculous comedy because life's serious enough! I love to laugh, it's good for the soul3) An amazing drama that makes you re-think life, remember a life experience or inspire you (these are few and far between!)Some favorites: ANY Mike Meyers (he's a god!), Moulin Rouge, Sweetest Thing, Big Fish, Shawshank Redemption, Boogie Nights Actors / Actresses: Mike Meyers hello!, Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Johnny Depp, Ewan McGregor, Nicole Kidman, Julianne Moore, Alec Baldwin (hey, watch SNL!)Know I'm leavin' things out but that's enough for now....this damn profile takes FOREVER!
