I love DJing, it makes me happy and for some reason it has always gone extremely well for me (perhaps because you can turn up to work drunk lol!) when the rest of my life is falling apart or I seem to have (innocently, of course!) landed myself in a bunch of crazy trouble.Apart from music art is the love of my life, I studied Fine Art for 5 years before embarking on a disastrous Ph.D which examined the work of Baroque artist Peter Paul Rubens, specifically his representations of women and how this interacted with his construction of male heroism. Throwing myself from the ivory tower after a minor nervous breakdown I abandoned the spires of Edniburgh for the bright lights, sleazy dives and non-stop parties of London however I am still a painter and my most recent commission was a 6 x 3 m stand for a fashion show in Paris, which included a copy of Manon Baletti by Nattier. Having now become utterly obsessed by the court of Louis XIV I am considering a return to academia in the Autumn. In my spare time I also like to write and work in the media (Assistant Editor and Fetish Editor at Penthouse magazine 2003 - 2004/ currently Fashion subeditor at Alternative magazine) and am a professional pornography writer(my recent work for a City telecommunications company included 100 sex tips, lesbian text porn and lesbian recordings which are currently advertised in a huge number of publications such as Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire and GQ).
