Because you begged, because you pleaded, because the universe wouldn't allow this page not to exist, and because my brother has one, I present to you... Anyway, I'm Dave, and I acknowledge from the outset that I'm sooo not cool. I'm 41, a pastor, married for 19 years (to one wife, not cumulatively), and I have 5 kids. But once upon a time (had to get that Enchanted ref in there K) I was Davy Lightning - legendary guitarist extraordinaire (stop laughing), for such bands as Rock City Angels, Scarlet 617, the Faith, and Scarlet to Snow. As Rob would say "what does any of this have to do with music?" Well, aside from the fact that the songs are a good soundtrack to some cool pictures, I'm not really sure. But since Rob felt his page was the height of egomania, I couldn't in good conscience let that go uncontested. And since I'm hoping to get back in the studio with my new band, at least there will be a place to stick the songs when they're done. So, thanks Rob for the inspiration, my daughters for the tech support, Bobby and Andy for the name, and everyone I've been on stage or in the studio with over the years. You mean more to me the further down the road I go!
