..My Name is Tiara S. Crawford. I’m a Twenty-Four year old Singer/Songwriter, Artist, Dancer, Composer, Musician, and Fashion Design and Marketing Graduate of Tampa, Florida. I have dedicated this page to my Platform ENDOMETRIOSIS. I have the Disease Endometriosis. I battle against it and struggle with it every day! Wooow there, easy now for all you men! It’s nothing contagious or sexually transmitted. This Disease is hereditary. So if you here of another female having Endometriosis, don't run from the unfamiliar. Become aware and sensitive to it. In short, Endo. is caused by blockage in the uterus (menstrual, this eventually leads to horrific pain, and complications that can not be avoided without a hysterectomy. Yes that's right ladies, If you have endometriosis, it is scientifically (BUT not spiritually-smile) proven to be incurable. It can be subsided by birth control, and hormones, and herbal medicines. If you ever heard of a friend or family member say they had horrible cramps during their cycle, and you thought they were just being WAY TOO Dramatic… LISTEN TO THEM! It could be the first stages and symptoms of Endometriosis. To anyone’s surprise, many women with Endometriosis have committed suicide! I didn't think I could have children. I prayed for a very long time--for a little boy, with curly hair and blue eyes (?maybe I was trying God, or maybe I was that genetically challenged because me and my Husband at the time, are Black! lol!)I was scheduled to have my Endo surgery (Larposcopy-the only way to 100% find out what stages you are at to proceed to burn away the Endo for a period of time to help increase chance of fertility and reduce painful symptoms)a week before got gave me a miracle. I conceived! I practically lived in the hospital, but when it was all said and done, I was Blessed with ...?? A BABY BOY…. with CURLY HAIR...and BLUE EYES!! Ever since, I've been encouraging barren MOTHERS not to give up Faith. Every year I put a huge production together to bring knowledge of the battle against this disease. I use my clothing lines as an incentive to interest people in coming.
The production is well known as STRUT. With my clothing lines, my STRUT Models, my STRUT Dancers, and the talent of my community, we make each year a success by encouraging people just like you to get involved in helping me and millions of suffering women to "GET IN THE KNOW OF THE ENDO." I can always use your help!
