About Me

I am a pretty passionate person and get pretty into...well, whatever I'm into at the moment. That said, I can lose interest in whatever is in front of me pretty easily but if there is something I believe in, I work at it until it is reality.I work and go to school at night and I like to keep myself occupied when I have free time, which is usually on the weekends. Don't get down to the city or to clubs as much as I used to though I do drag my ass out there every once in awhile...just to make sure I got it goin on still. ;)I get pretty worked up about politics and I'm pretty liberal but I also have a great sense of humor and can laugh at myself so no worries. If you feel like we'd hit it off as friends, hit me up!top: 0px;" border="0"

My Interests

Politcs Politics Politics! Books, Movies, Happy Hour (not necessarily in that order) Ha!

I'd like to meet:

Well in general, fun people but if we're talking celebs or whatever, than most of mine would be political. I'm a pretty big fan of the big dog, Bill Clinton. I shook hands with Al Gore once at a rally...he went on to lose...coincidence? Kathy Griffin, George Carlin, Whoopi Goldberg, Al Franken, Magic Johnson, the Dixie Chicks, Billie Joe Armstrong, Freddie Mercury (if he were alive), Ann Coulter (want to see if she shies away from a Crucifix)...and that's enough for now. Oh, and YOU! Okay, well maybe.

Music:

I can listen to anything, even country though it's not my favorite. I like classic rock and some alt stuff. I also like melodic kind of instrumental mood stuff. If you're looking for band names, there aren't very many that I follow with any regularity though there are a few. Ask me!

Movies:

Gladiator, The Matrix, Superman, Dances With Wolves, Color Purple, Anchorman (funniest movie ever), Amityville Horror, Excorcist, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Poltergeist, Star Wars, Steel Magnolias, The Boy Who Could Fly, A Knights Tale, The Abyss, Pet Cemetary, Legend, Princess Bride...too many more to remember. Love movies!

Television:

Lost, My Life on the D-list, Hardball w/ Chris Matthews, Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, Meet the Press, Ab Fab, Keeping up Appearances

Books:

Gunslinger Series, Wheel of Time, Song of Ice and Fire, Vampire Chronicles, Lies and the Lying Liars...

Heroes:

I can never think of anyone profound to put here so I'll just see people above who I'd like to meet.

Eating Noises

Wiretapping of Americans

I'm a little surprised that so few people seem to care about this issue.  Or more to the point, I'm surprised that Republicans seem to care so little about this.  I'll buy that they would de...
