Febbraio 2008-La band nasce da un’idea di Mario Luca Giordano (chitarra-cori) e Davide Moretti(batteria) i quali decidono di rendere omaggio ad uno dei gruppi che ha contribuito al loro avvicinamento alla musica e quindi allo strumento, i Red Hot Chili Peppers. I due iniziano la ricerca di un bassista e di un cantante all’altezza del progetto.
Conoscono così Marco Doneda, assoluto fan della band in questione e perfetto quindi per il gruppo. Poco dopo Andrea Spinelli chiude il cerchio con la sua voce incredibilmente simile a quella di Anthony Kiedis. Nascono così i Blood Hot Funky!
La band nei suoi live propone i brani più famosi dei Red hot Chili Peppers ma anche pezzi storici per i più appassionati regalando un’ esibizione carica e piena di energia, con sonorità , atmosfere e presenza scenica fedeli agli originali.

I componenti della band vantano studi con importanti insegnanti nelle più importanti scuole di musica italiane. Nonostante la giovane età i ragazzi hanno alle spalle numerosi live nel Nord Italia e non solo.

February 2008- The idea of the band started with Mario Luca Giordano (Guitar, backing vocals) and Davide Moretti (Drums) who decided to make a tribute to one of the groups who brought them closer to music and to the instruments they play, the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They began to look for a bass player and a singer who would be able to help with the project.
That’s how they met Marco Doneda, who is a total fan of this band and perfect for the group. Soon after Andrea Spinelli joined in with his voice that is very much like the voice of Anthony Kiedis. This is the beginning of Blood Hot Funky.
The band plays the most famous Red Hot Chili Peppers numbers and also pieces that have historical meaning for enthusiastic fans offering an energetic performance and creating an atmosphere on stage that is faithful to the original.
The musicians The band members have studied with the best of teachers in the most important music schools in Italy. Despite their youth they have to their credit many live performances all over Northern Italy and elsewhere.
