Born in a small town in South Carolina raised in Brooklyn. She was a work in progress up and coming. Nobody new this shy, quiet little girl had in her a gift. The making for a soulful sound, rythm and cultural blend. Some might see her as a late bloomer. But she's right on time. For such a time as this. Her first debut was on the stage of her Junior High School. Spotlights on her as she looks out in to a dark Sea of faces. She sang one of Natilie Coles songs "Joey." This night they will know her name. When asked, "If she thought about percuing a career in singing." Her responce, "Not really." The responce to her answer was, "you should." Her preparation and appreciation for music grew through music class in high school where her music teacher comment to her was, "When you are discovered, tell them I discovered you first". She also sang with the high school Spring chorus in concert. But her foundation and further preparation came through (The Junior & Youth Choir The Gospel Chorus, The Combined Chorus) of The Little Rock B.C., and immediate family. Patricia known only to those closest to her. Comes to us much like The author of "The Book Of Job" unknown, her history, like poetry her songs. She has known prosperity & poverty but has the assurance of victory over sin and sorrow. Her time was unknown but now revealed. For her steps are orderd by the Lord.
