Music.

About Me

Music has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. My dad would play the records of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Glenn Miller, Louie Armstrong and the list goes on and on. As a child my precious parents didn't want to "leave any stone left unturned" and encouraged me to pursue music lessons. Piano from 8 - 10 yrs old, Clarinet for one year at the age of 10 (after piano), and then drums from 12 - 13 yrs old. My brother was and forever will be a musician and I think the reason I took up drum lessons is because he wanted a drummer at his disposal, 24/7. Well I got the volleyball bug shortly after my drumming stint and never looked back! I've ben playing for 20 years now and love it! Unfortunately, I have a sprained Achilles right now, but hopefully be back on the court around the New Year. Even through all the years of volleyball, music has never left my spirit. I'll listen to anything once, but you'll show me your "chops" when I experience you live. That's when I know that the "magic" is you and doesn't happen in post-production.I don't know what the future holds, but I feel that I'm about to experience some big stuff! It's quite exciting and I love meeting new people to share in the excitement.
