16 year old Dani James, a native of Metro- Atlanta, has spent her entire life singing. As a little girl the sound of her voice constantly filled her home. She first joined the school choir in the 4th grade and often served as soloist. This heightened her interest in music. Dani was a member of the choir through out middle school where she was apart of the honor chorus. Her love of music followed her to high school where she continued to sing in the choir and appeared in many of the school’s shows. “Singing has always been a key part of my life. I sing when I’m happy and when I’m sad. It is a source of joy and comfort. I cannot imagine my life without music.†Dani realized early that she wanted to pursue a career in music. She is currently writing and performing her own songs.
