Our Mission
Fallen Heroes is a grass roots effort created to honor our fallen Dispatchers, Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, Firefighters, and Law Enforcement professionals. We honor them by providing this on line website and data base with the names, dates, and details of each fallen person.
The Fallen Heroes Association was formed to make sure that we never forget these individuals and to honor their sacrafice. As your look through our site, you will see names of the fallen that are underlined, click on these underlined names and visit the department, memorial, or donation page that has been established in their names.
Membership fees are used to operate our web site, pay administrative and opertaing cost, and continue our research and development. Fallen Heroes does hours of research on fallen heroes from the past. We also send dontions once a year to the following organizations on behalf of our membership, National Law Enforement Officers Memorial Fund , National Fallen Firefighters Foundation , and the National EMS Memorial Service . From each new membership we send a $1.50 to each organization. This donation policy is in effect as of June 1, 2008. Our previous policy of sending flowers to memorial services has been discontinued. We feel this is a better way to reach out to all organizations.

"I just visited your site its awesome, I still have tears in my eyes. Having a brother in law who is retired city officer in maryland and was once in the military I have so much respect for whose who serve to protect others. You honor those men and women in such a way that it must make you very proud. I was very impressed. Thank you for reminding others that in todays society there are people who care."
"Hi my name is Amy I am a 911 dispatcher in Nebraska and I love this page. I am sure all the people that look at this feel the same way you have done a wonderful job. I love that you took the time to recognize everyone. I have been through one officer being shot and killed in my 8 years as a dispatcher and it was the worst every. I just wanted to let you know that I think this is great."

"Protecting The Three"
Fallen Law Enforcement
I am the Police Officer follow me,
Preserving the peace is where I'll be, I am the torch that lights the way, In darkness my courage will never sway, Leading the others, that is me, I am the Police Officer, guiding the three.
Fallen Firefighters
I am the Firefighter follow me, Into the flames is where I'll be, I am the one who battles the beast, To protect that on which it would feast, Lending strength to the others, that is me, I am the Firefighter, supporting the three.
Fallen EMT's and Paramedics
I am the Medic follow me, Easing the pain is where I'll be, I am the one who helps them survive, Lifting the fallen to keep them alive, Treating the others, that is me, I am the Medic, healing the three.
Fallen Dispatchers
I am the Dispatcher don't follow me, Agony and chaos is where I'll be, Working in obscurity, this forgotten place, Not death but insanity is the danger I face, Answering the call, that is me, I am the Dispatcher, protecting the three.
