About Me

My name is Meredith.I like music. A lot.I study Bachelor of Music back in Adelaide. I've completed first year and currently into my 2nd. Over the summer I lived in San Francisco, California. I fell in love with the city and its people. It was the most amazing experience, and I met the most beautiful, inspiring people. The people I've met have become some of my closest friends. I definately want to travel again, so I have decided to take next year off. I want to go to South America, Asia [in particular Cambodia, India, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand] and of course go back to the states and explore more of what that country has to offer. I have decided I want to be a music therapist and help kids that have been abused/from broken homes and or situations. I guess my sister is the inspiration. She is a social worker and to see what she does for these kids is amazing. I want to be able to reach out them through music. After all, it is the universal language.I study jazz. I love it and hate it at the same time.I am passionate.I am a dreamer.what else:i enjoy the little thing called music, and surround myself with it as much as possible. I am listening to a lot of funk and progressive rock at the moment. I have discovered a great love for red wine, and enjoy great conversations, books, arthouse films, art, politics, singing, random walks around random neighbourhoods, dancing, cooking, laughing, the bass, instruments, random conversations at 3am, kissing, bass players, musicians, food and spending as much time as possible with my amazing friends.that's my life. sound interesting?I am quite an unusal human. I'm yet to meet anyone like me.

My Interests

I like people. Discovered a great love for progressive rock and fusion. Music is my sanctuary. I also quite enjoy my wine and to sit drinking a glass, and listening to beautiful melodies is my idea of happiness. I also enjoy long walks, outdoor cinema, festivals of any kind, worldly issues, philosophy, reading, traveling, writing music, films and the art behind them, black and white photography, dark rooms [as in photo labs], salsa dancing, talking with amazing people.I think perhaps I have a thing for bassists....i like kissing. that's a big interest.Candlelit moments.
