From spinning in 44 states across the U.S. to 36 countries
all over the world, DJ Slynkee can play for any crowd,
any nationality and make them go crazy!Beginning as a local house party DJ in Queens, NY,
Slynkee then began DJing at several college radio
stations in Manhattan and Long Island.
His career than progressed to several nightclubs in
the tri-state area. Becoming well-known on the club
scene and then partnering with DJ Skribbles got Slynkee
deep into the music industry as well as landing him his
first U.S. tour.Touring the U.S. as well as the two man DJ show with
Skribbles really set Slynkee's career in motion.
In no time, Slynkee became one of the most requested
DJs in Manhattan and he was in high demand!His turntable skills have always set him aside from other
DJs and really began to benefit him when he became the
DJ for the Off Broadway hit musical "Jam On The Groove.
After traveling the world with "Jam On The Groove",
Slynkee also toured with K-7 and Rahzel from
"The Roots".Slynkee has also toured with artists such as Blondie,
Rage Against The Machine, Naughty by Nature,
Cypress Hill, Tribe Called Quest, The Cure, Run DMC,
Wu-Tang Clan, Beastie Boys and many other artists.Slynkee's talents were not only showcased on world
tours but also on national T.V. His television appearances
include BET, VH1 Fashion Awards, ABC and several
MTV shows including MTV's Too Large Millenium
countdown. These appearances lead to Slynkee
Djing/co-hosting the Metro Channel's Studio Y
along side hip-hop artist Monie Love.Slynkee, still being an inspiration to many other DJs,
currently spins coast-to-coast and has recently spun
celebrity parties for HBO's Sopranos Season Opening,
MTV's Laguna Beach, VH1's Flavor of Love, and
the Surreal Life. He has also spun movie premier
after parties for Jackass 2, Employee of the Month
