About Me

I love music. Talking about it, discovering it, listening to it, watching others play it (if its good of course). I have a couple of guitars but I don't play them like I should. They are a Fender Stratocoustic and the Ibanez S470. I guess I have this thing with very thin guitars. Speaking of music and loves... I've been so lucky to have met Tim Marko, drummer. He is formerly from the band Bitter Sweet Alley (Detroit) and you can check their stuff, along with so many others, at www.motorcityrock.com. Tim and I have been together 2.5 years now and life is good! He is awesome. By day, I'm an executive assistant working for a great man who sits on many boards, is chairman of the board of a couple organizations and has a wonderful foundation that does many great things for so many people. I've been pretty lucky to have worked for so many great men in my career. I have a house in Madison Heights, but I rarely stay there. Its for sale so if you know anyone.... LOL Hm, I guess I have a pretty good life! Its only going to get better....My parents live just outside Kentucky (no I'm not from there and neither are they. My mom got a job opportunity with Ford/Penske so she took it. Put down the banjo). They are doing well and love their new life. I have two brothers - one is married with a very pretty little girl and they live in Louisville as well. The other is a drug addict whose poison of choice is crack. I worry about him, but I've tried and tried to help him in every way possible. He's in charge and he makes the rules. I guess he knows better right? Don't they all? I always have hope, but I'm prepared for the worst. I also have a smart and pretty sister who lives here in Michigan and works for Mike Illitch/Little Ceasers. She's been there for over 15 years now. Talk about committment!I guess I should count my blessings, eh?

My Interests

Music, the pursuit of happiness, staying out of trouble, making money, spending money, laughing as much as possible, having fun!

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet me about 20 years ago so I can slap her face and tell her what's going to happen to her if she doesn't wise up!The commissioner of the State of Michigan Lottery telling me how I've won the biggest jackpot in Michigan history.A president.Oh yea... and George Lynch and a witch doctor at the same time who can trade his guitar skills with mine.

Music:

I like so many different types. The favorite is hard alternative and guitar instrumentalists. Depeche Mode is another one of my favorites. I absolutely love Sirius!!! Octane!

Movies:

Suspense movies and movies with strange twists. A must see for any girl with an open mind and great sense of humor is "Dirty Love" with Jenny McCarthy. I almost died laughing!

Television:

Seinfeld, Leno, educational stuff, VH1 Classic, Headbangers Ball, Good Eats with Alton Brown on the Food Network, Unwrapped, documentaries, Dirty Jobs, O'Reilly Factor, Glenn Beck, Nancy Grace, On the Record with Greta Van Susteren, America's Funniest Home Videos and Planet's Funniest Animals.

Books:

I like to escape with non-fiction. Maybe a magazine like Real Simple or Cosmo.

Heroes:
