Joined choir class my junior year of high school and discovered my voice. My choir teacher (Deborah Lawerence) helped me find my voice and motivated me to keep me singing.Why I Sing?
For years and years I have seen artists like Usher on T.V. doing their thing and it made me want to get there also. Singing relaxes my mind and I can release my mind and I can release my feelings within the songs that I sing.Where I want to go:
I know as a singer who has just started recording that I can't expect too much. But, throughout this whole process, I basically just want to have fun and make music that people can really just sit down and listen to. I want people to relate their situations in their lives to my songs. I want to strive for that big picture one day and have fans singing my songs. I want to be a role model, especially towards little kids. One day, I want to see kids sitting in the front row imitating me one day.What I'm Doing Now:
