About Me

PM Project is Palindrome and Misha. Collaborating since 2002, PM Project is consistently creating a buzz, whatever the event is. After making Chicago his permanent residence in 2005, Misha has helped establish BPMCHICAGO, a premier company for electronic music production and event marketing. Palindrome continues pushing the reaches of sound in Omaha as a resident DJ for ULTRAMUSIQUE. PM Project's musical talents continue to be called upon for big events, giving Misha and Palindrome the opportunity to work closely with worldwide staples in the dance community such as Blake Jarrell, Tony Estrada, James Lauer and Max Graham. PM Project's music takes you on an energetic and passionate journey, exploring the melodic depths of dark and sexy progressive house, with a hint of tribal in all the right places.
Palindrome's musical sense was perked at an early age by the story-telling delivery and chunky bass lines of rap, particularly east coast hip-hop. While attending a tiny high school in the Midwest, he began experimenting with blending hip-hop tracks together with rudimentary mixers, cassette decks and component-type CD players.
In the late 90s, Palindrome was introduced to the Chicago club scene and finally saw the true energy and passion that a DJ could bring to the crowd. Particularly enchanted by the euphoric Trance that was packing dance floors at the time, Palindrome invested in a set of used turntables, a mixer and looked overseas to start purchasing vinyl. Since then, Palindrome has progressed to become a resident DJ at many staples in the Omaha nightlife, including Club Patricks, Bar 415, The Naughty Lounge and The Shark Club. He has played at many local venues such as Nico, The Max, Velvet Lounge and numerous UltraMusique.com events.
Several years ago, Palindrome had a chance to pay homage to the city that showed him the very essence of club life when he played on his first annual Lakefront Cruise with Chicago's very own Latin House specialist, DJ Lego. He hasn't looked back since and his musical talents continue to be called upon for big events, giving him the opportunity to play alongside worldwide staples in the dance community such as Tony Estrada, James Lauer and Max Graham. Palindrome's smooth mixing style can best be described as progressive, dark and sexy, with a hint of tribal in all the right places.
Misha has been fascinated with music all his life, exploring the sounds of various musical instruments and electronic synthesizers. Growing up on the beats of early electronica and moving to the United States in 1992, he became exposed to the world of electronic music by attending "Temple of Fu" event in Omaha, NE in 1999. Ever since then, influenced by the sounds of progressive house and trance he has been digitally producing energetic dance mixes and in 2002 advanced to live mixing with his own set of Pioneer mixer and CD decks. Misha has performed at many local and national clubs and events including The Church (Denver, CO), Bricktop and Sur Tango (Lincoln, NE), Bar415, Nico, Velvet Lounge, Naughty Lounge and The Max (Omaha, NE). In 2005 Misha held a residency at The Max, Omaha's premier dance club that was rated in top 10 in the USA by Rolling Stone magazine.
Misha's music takes you on a journey, exploring the melodic depths of progressive house and trance. His widely known DJ mix "DJ M.S.TRANS - E-MIX VOL.5" (2001) has been on top of internet listener's charts for years thanks to DigitallyImported Radio.
