The band name LyAllen is a fusion of the musician's last names - Todd Lyall and Ken Allen. Todd and Ken have collaborated for many years musically. These works are the result of an exchange of ideas and data via the Internet, culminating in a recording session in April 2008.
Todd Lyall is an accomplished musician of multiple talents. He has been the creative focus of many progressive rock projects. Todd has released several complete recordings – ‘The Tower’ - based on Genesis 10 and 11, The Tower of Babel. One of his other releases was a progressive rock opera based on ‘Romeo & Juliet’.
