About Me

Taylor DiVico is a fiction novelist, classified as a "beat" author of this generation. She focuses on strong, dimensional, and often times, conflicted characters who deliberate through philosophical dialogue and complex plot lines. She believes in twists and turns, unpredictable endings, and intense emotional connections.Taylor is a published poet through both The International Society of Poets and The League of American Poets. She has received the Editor's Choice Award multiple times for excellence in poetry. Also, DiVico is a freelance journalist most renown for her poignant music reviews. A musician herself, she is one with understanding the immensity of music and a transcendental sound. DiVico focuses mainly on subculture bands, as her experience is extensive, brought forth by a decade of touring with Phish.Taylor DiVico's debut novel, "Existing the Moments," is currently available to purchase at this time, with a book of poetry to follow. In addition, Taylor's second novel, "The Diseased," along with her third, "Syrah," are not far behind. DiVico is currently working on a children's series, as well.

My Interests

An avid musician from a very young age, Taylor DiVico is inspired by music. She often notes that it brings her to a more ethereal level while writing. Taylor continues to enjoy playing violin, guitar, and piano in her spare time, along with writing the occasional lyrics. Taylor frequently reviews bands as a freelance journalist, finding new talent every day.
