I used Dave & Jay's amazing myspace profile editor . ............................................................ ......................................... Hello everybody!!!! Finally, after a long gestation, the plan Night Skinny sees the light of day, anticipated by the video "Cattivi pensieri". Someone could say: " this kind of Hip-hop does not have any market in Italy". May be, but in our opinion, it’s not correct to categorize hip hop music in “typologies†and to include them in a “nicheâ€: our target is the music to reach the ears of people loving it. First we have engaged about a couple of years of our life to sketch a concept centralized on the dreamily-mystic atmospheres of H.P novels. LOVECRAFT (from which we have resumed the idea of Night Skinny, “Magri Notturniâ€), to compose music and text, to chase musicians, to create the graphics and auto produce the video. The general system and the idea of the video comes from Mastino. The rest of the work it was made thanks the Question Mark Ink team, head from Bod (Co-director with Mastino, graphics, editing, lunches and suppers, post production and so on) and Gasto + Giacomo Caravati on the camera; graphics and part of the photography made by Wordyz; CeeMass to sp1200 to recreate that anxious-sickly atmosphere; all the work is concluded by the Dj 2P with a series of scratch-killers.. as few know how to do. Concept: the studio-laboratory like experimentation site. The producer – scientist (CeeMass, Critical JekIll, Skinny Boy, NoIntercom) as an explorer of music and life through the instruments. The insect cavy (the fly, Randolph Carter, Mastino, Seth Brundle) as a form of life surviving to the dictates of time, upon which to investigate. The pot as a mental condition representing the Bad Thoughts from which to rise out, breaking off the pot with the power of music. The fly are outside hunting shit! Night Skinny Family is now! Finalmente, dopo una lunga gestazione, vede la luce il progetto Night Skinny. Il tutto anticipato da questo video "Cattivi pensieri". Qualcuno potrebbe dire che "questo tipo di Hiphop in Italia non ha mercato". Mah, a noi gia' suona storto il fatto di categorizzare l'Hiphop in "tipi" e "nicchie di mercato". La nostra intenzione è quella di far arrivare la musica alle orecchie di chi la vuol sentire. Prima si è trattato di impegnare circa due anni della nostra vita a imbastire un concept incentrato sulle atmosfere onirico-mistiche dei romanzi di H.P. Lovecraft (dal quale abbiamo ripreso l'idea di Magri Notturni – Night Skinny), comporre musica e testi, inseguire musicisti, creare le grafiche e autoprodurre un video. Di Mastino l'impianto generale e l'idea del video. Il resto e' tutto mano del team Question Mark Ink. capeggiato da Bod (co-regia con Mastino, grafica, montaggio, pranzi e cene, post produzione) e Gasto + Giacomo Caravati alla camera, grafiche e parte della fotografia sono opera di Wordyz; Cee mass al sp1200 per ricreare quest'atmosfera ansiogena e malsana; Dj 2p rifinisce il tutto con un tappeto finale di scratch killers, musicali come pochi sanno fare.Concept: Lo studio - laboratorio come luogo di sperimentazione. Il produttore – scenziato (CeeMass, Critical JekIll, Skinny Boy, NoIntercom) come esploratore della musica/vita attraverso gli strumenti. L’insetto - cavia (la mosca, Randolph Carter, Mastino, Seth Brundle) come forma di vita sopravvissuta ai dettami del tempo sulla quale indagare. Il barattolo come stato mentale rappresentativo dei Cattivi Pensieri dai quali elevarsi, rompendo il barattolo con la potenza della musica. Le mosche sono fuori a caccia della MMerda! Night Skinny Family é ora.A tutti buona visione.....
