It's so easy to get caught up in what 'about me'. It's not about me, it's about us; having patience for the stranger/friend/family member(s) that annoys you, loving as much as possible, & trying to free ourselves from our egos & self-interests. That's my challenge; so much more can be done without the layers of self.
