Spending too damn much time on the computer; being an enthusiastic fangirl to various and sundry artists/performers; smart-ass social commentary (my own and others); zombie marches (no, really, it's lots of fun); photography; sewing; knitting; vintage/historic costume; providing baked goods to starving musicians, friends and others; being Jezebel and Delenn's catmommy and Lucy Fur's stepcatmommy; being my own weirdass self (yeah, right, like I have any choice...).
Smart, funny, creative, good-hearted people who make me laugh. (Don't take it personally if I don't add you, and if you're a friend of a friend, or just really think I should get to know you, drop me a line and I'll be that much more inclined to add you.)
Nine Inch Nails, Bob Mould, Throwing Muses/Kristen Hersh, Billy Bragg, Violent Femmes; as far as the Boston scene goes, Jim's Big Ego, Campaign for Real Time, Stu Walker, Roadsteamer, Duncan Wilder Johnson (in both spoken-word and Destruct-a-thon mode), Reverend Glasseye, Humanwine; and lots of others who I can't remember off the top of my head.
The funnier/sillier the better--there's enough drama in my own/my friends' lives; I don't need to pay to watch more of it...
The Movie Of Your Life Is A Cult Classic
Quirky, offbeat, and even a little campy - your life appeals to a select few.
But if someone's obsessed with you, look out! Your fans are downright freaky.
Your best movie matches: Office Space, Showgirls, The Big Lebowski
If Your Life Was a Movie, What Genre Would It Be?
Discovery Health Channel (because it's reassuring to see people far more messed up than I've ever been doing OK by the end of the show), Mythbusters, What Not to Wear (the original w/Trinny and Susannah, not the American wannabes), forensic science programs, and various historical programs on whatever channel looks interesting...but I don't usually watch that much TV unless I'm parked on the couch knitting.
I'm afraid I burned out my brain in college--being an English major/Art History AND Medieval Studies minor will do that to you--so these days it's mainly nonfiction (the more humorous, the better, because God knows I need the laugh...).
My parents, for having survived all kinds of crap, both individually and together, and for not smothering me in my cradle (although they still say they'd have me again, which just proves they didn't learn a damn thing, did they? ;-). Yes, there are others, but aren't I already enough of a drooling fangirl?...
