the truth, student advocacy, teaching and empowering youth, getting hs students to college, changing the educational system here in california, activism, teaching the people's history (not the corporations censored books), music, hip hop culture, spoken word, poetry, painting, drawing, martial arts, history, reading, cooking sessions with the homies, watching law and order (all 20 million of them), dancing, laughing, people watching, coffee shops/drinking coffee, living every day to its fullest, soy and giving hugs n'kisses (perhaps the occasional lap dance-- j/k)
I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet beautiful individuals who take life at a fast pace but remember to breathe..crazy progessive folks who live life to change it..not to sit back and bitch about what's wrong with the world.. who are point with their politics....people with similar interests and lifestyle... down pfolks to shoot the breeze with and engage in some conversation... then go hit up the dance floor... those who have a sense of self and balance..people who do what they true love and don't let anyone or society dictate to them otherwise... mindspeakers ... motivated individuals who want to aspire to greatness..I've been blessed in my life to meet and continue to meet some incredible folks...inspire me.

i only get nbc (one channel for the central coast lol)...so im stuck on law and order however...watching mtv and how its changed the music industry is always sickening but informational

Heroes:
my current students at LPS, my ex-students at AC, my 17 year old brother (hang in there buddy!), my friends and mentors...those who blazed the trail for us today...and how its our turn.. "leaders dont lead, they push and nudge others to excel" remember...rosa parks does not represent the whole movement, neither does mlk jr... there were hundreds of thousands who planned for those events to take place....iconic figures can be a very historically misleading thing!!!!! what is a hero anyways???
