DDR rocks my face off* SEPHORA* and did i mention my car?* learning new things- I plan on going to medical school. Perseverance is key.
I want to see the world, and being normal really terrifies me right now. Driving a minivan and working a 9 to 5 job with nothing invested, and cooking while my husband watches the game is my biggest fear. When i'm 30, I hope that i love my job, have traveled the world, and have a hot studio apartment with big windows and turn tables in the corner overlooking downtown Denver, and a fast car like a Mazerati or a Ferrari (yellow). I'm constantly improving myself, and I want to be the best I can be at everything I do. I suck at self-restraint. I have a tendency to learn the hard way. I've made a lot of mistakes, but I have no regrets. A mistake is a blessing in disguise because it's how you truly learn. I'm extremely independent, I have ADHD, and i always put things off till the last minute. but it seems to work for me. I sometimes cry when i see roadkill. I'm a giver, and people sometimes take advantage of that, but i notice. I go out of my way to make people's days. From the cashier at Wal-Mart to my co-workers.. i'm not ashamed to watch a movie by myself with a tub of icecream on a Saturday night. I believe every person has a story, and that even Bill Gates can learn something from the schizo bum on the street. I know now that you can't change people. I don't judge or criticize. If you're two-fitty and you wanna prance around in a bikini, more power to you, i just won't be looking at you. I like to make the most of every situation, because life's too short... Enjoy every sandwich... Back in the day, I gave a shit what people thought of me. Then i quit, because trying to impress people is a fruitless endeavor... take it or leave it, you know? People respect self-assurance and confidence. So I do, say, and wear whatever gives me a warm, tingly feeling at the moment. Find your "ness" and embrace it!!! I know that love can make things happen, and that true love is a willingness to compromise. I'm into the whole southern hospitality tradition, and I like to make people feel comfortable. sometimes too much.... and I will talk to most anyone about anything. I have a way of drawing people into deep conversations very quickly. I believe that everyone walks into your life for a reason, and that if things aren't worth working for, they aren't worth having. Drama breeds drama, so don't start the snowball rolling. And don't waste your time feeling angry or jealous. Those are such pointless emotions... I f'ing hate when people get worked up about shit that doesn't matter(drama creators), people whose self-worth is tangled up in material objects, people who bring others down, BUGS (especially the ones that buzz and fly), cluttered countertops, disgusting habits like spitting and farting, and truckers that speed up to look at you(seriously, what is the goal?). I'm anal about sunscreen (sun gives you WRINKLES!!! and we don't want that), and I hate it when people leave bad tips!!!Um...i also hate crowds and lines.
