The Morningside Collective is a piano trio comprised of three promising young talents of jazz. Jesse Simpson, Michael Hardin, and Kevin Hsieh started playing together in the fall of 2007. The trio values directness, restraint, interplay, and diverse influences while retaining a strong sense of swing and the jazz tradition.
