Recently, Icewater and Clarity Productions has signed a contract with MTV as part of a way to promote his beats. In addition to him being an artist he has mastered the Production aspect of this music thing as well. Providing jingles for tv commercials with manufacturers like Coors Light. On the single, "Get It Poppin'" on 12" vinyl, featuring hiphop legend A.G. (D.I.T.C.) and Party Arty, Icewater anchors the track with his explosive vocal fury. Flip to the B-side and hear "Water's Overqualified". This hype bouncy track was produced by Clarity's own, Icewater. The single, "Get It Poppin'", was named Beat Street Record's number 1 selling Independent single for it's first 2 weeks on shelves. The single was distributed by Landspeed and also shipped over seas where things really began to heat up. Once again, he preveiled with Who Want It, featuring A.G. You can hear this single also on DJ Kitsune of Frankfurt, Germany's "Forces of Nature" mixtape. Icewater has been known to team up with heavy hitters such as: Buckwild, Showbiz, A.G., courtlandcartel, Kurrupt Money and can be heard on A.G.'s "The Dirty Version". He has participated in over 75 showcases and performed with major artists like Amerie and Onyx. 'Water performed in Albany, NY (2000) at the African-American Festival as part of a talent competition with Lil' Zane and other artists. In 2003, Icewater and the Business Crooks hosted and opened for the Ruff Ryders Talent Search. He has also teamed up with several radio personalities, DJs, and appeared on many compilation albums. Icewater's production teams consist of On Top Productions (Boston), Alf Diggy and L4L Records (California), Baby Drawz and InaSirkl (Poughkeepsie, NY), Wally World (Bronx, NY), and of course, Icewater for Clarity Productions. In 2003, Icewater released "Business First", the LP that made noise for Business Crooks Organized. Icewater also manages his own artists through Business Crooks Organized. The title track, "Business First" and the follow up track, "It's Real", were the two that have maintained their position with the college radio stations and Syrius Satellite Radio. Along with "Get It Poppin'", these two tracks can be heard on several artists compilation CDs, such as DJ Concept (Crisis Center, Long Island, NY). 2007 Mix Tapes include DJ Flatline, DJ Artifaktz - Take One For The Team, DJ Davito, Papa Bear, InaSirkl Music, and his own debut, Braggin' Rights. Aside from him presenting the world with his other talents, Icewater is putting together his sophomore album, "Broke Celebrity". It really needs no introduction, as the name speaks for itself. In March, Icewater ventured abroad to Copenhagen Denmark along with A.G. and P. 80 to bless J Spliff and others with some Bronx love. Once again, they tore the roof off. His success didn't stop there. In May, Water opened for Smiff N Wessun and the legendary GURU at DJ Toast's Retirement bash. That had the crowd and other special guest roaring for more.
