Greetings,
It is my hopes that people will view my page and want to have respectful, intelligent and fun conversation with me as a means of getting to know me and share themselves with me.
Let me continue be expressing myself through this information :
I am a Black Woman, in every sense of the word. I am a grand mother, mother, daughter and sister. I love who I am and all that it took for me to get to this place in my life. I respect myself and life in general. I am a product of my Creator and I am in love with that reality. I love and respect the Black Man and all that he has had to endure to survive.
It has long been my desire to find my King. 30 years ago, I met a Prince...he was my High School Sweetheart. After many years of growing, learning & evolving together & individually, I am so greatful that I found my King in the same Man- a MAN/KING that I can truly be a Queen to.
With that said, I am by no means interested in the perversions that can and do take place online... So I humbly ask that you do not disrespect me in that manner - or in any manner, as I do not conduct myself in ways to be disrespected. (Thank you)
I am a true believer in, "What is meant to be will be" and "Everything happens for a reason", so I have learned not to rush things in my life, nor try to create something out of nothing simply based on what I want. Further, I have learned that relationships start with ideas/beliefs based on an individual’s life experience; however, one must be aware of the lessons of such experience in order to grow and communicate their needs effectively. It is important for us to remember that what we experience in life is not to make us suffer, but rather to make us better human beings. Honesty, compassion and forgiveness, with yourself first and foremost, is the only way to move forward in a progressive and productive lifestyle. It also helps us in being understood and accepted for whom and what we truly are. I say all that to say that while the physical may attract you, it is truly the mind that cultivates all emotions, from love to hate; the heart is merely the dwelling where the feelings are held and cultivated. Effective, honest and real communication, weather physical or verbal, is necessary in getting to know another human being.
While life should be an adventure, we all are seeking some sort of peace. The extra added drama that we tend to add to or accept in our existence only becomes a waste of valuable time - seconds, minutes, hours, years that we can never get back. Therefore I strive to live a drama free life, even if it means being alone and without "friends". I by no means profess to be a perfect person, just a creation in the progress of growth, using each day to reach my destiny in this lifetime. It is my mission to not regret anything that I do in my life, but rather, to learn and move on from it. Everyday I WANT to be a better human being. I do my best to think before I act and to consider the outcome and affect of my decisions on others. I strive to find like minded people because I know to do otherwise is spiritual suicide.
Here’s something real to think about:
The only thing that we are promised at birth is death...and we have no idea when that will be.
Through the trials and tribulations, joys and accomplishments, life has taught me many valuable lessons. I am in no way interested in wasting (any more) time. I AM BLESSED! I have a very productive life; one that I am very happy with. I love to spend time with my children, my family and the few friends that I have. I also love to read, travel, cook, mentor, spend time with children (they are some of my best teachers and friends) and exercise (although I have to admit, I have to get more focused on making time for it :) I ALWAYS look for the good in everything – almost to a fault - but I also recognize the bad and will avoid it like the plague. I’ve learned the hard way that I cannot save the world, or help someone that:
1.) Doesn’t realize they need help
2.) Doesn’t want help or
3.) Won’t/isn’t helping themselves.
"PEOPLE COME INTO YOUR LIFE FOR A REASON, A SEASON OR A LIFETIME. WHEN YOU FIGURE OUT WHICH IT IS, YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO." - Michelle Ventor
A REASON: When someone comes into your life for a reason, it is usually to meet a need that you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. ...without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end...our need is fulfilled, their work is done. (When a prayer is answered, there is no need to cry.)
A SEASON: When people come into your life for a season, it is because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. ....seasonal relationships will end at the divinely appointed time. (For everything there is a season.)
A LIFETIME: A parent, child or spouse...Lifetime relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon to have a solid emotional foundation....the key is to find the lesson. (A new life begins when a part of life ends.)

I invite you to share your ideas and life (experiences) with me. Who knows what can happen. Maybe we’ll have something in common, can learn from each other or just say hello from time to time.
Be @ Peace & Have a Blessed Day!
"You must decide whether you want a life of comfort or a life of accomplishment. You can have anything, do anything, and be anything you want, if you’ll just step outside your comfort zone and take the actions that need to be taken.
Look at the things you do each day and ask yourself why you’re doing them. Is it because they’re familiar, and comfortable, and secure? Are you anxious about venturing outside of your cozy comfort zone? Are there things you avoid doing because they might cause you some discomfort?
Accomplishment requires that you step outside of your comfort zone. The good news is that when you venture beyond the borders, your comfort zone expands. Success in one area of your life will give you more confidence in everything you do."
