Bringing HOPE 'til There's a Cure!

About Me

The Anthony Chisom AIDS Foundation (ACAF) was founded in 2008 by Anthony Chisom. One of the main driving forces behind the Anthony Chisom AIDS Foundation (ACAF) is knowing first hand how a life can benefit and be changed from access to vital HIV/AIDS medications. We feel that as many people as possible should have the medications necessary to sustain a healthy lifestyle thereby making the possibilities for one's life endless. The Anthony Chisom AIDS Foundation (ACAF)mission is to offer support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in a direct manner by providing support with COBRA Insurance payments, help with medication funding, and transportation support(in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area) to and from necessary medical appointments. The Anthony Chisom AIDS Foundation feels that bringing that financial support in the form of COBRA Insurance Payments can help to keep those currently receiving their medical benefits through COBRA, empowered in decisions towards the direction of their healthcare. The Anthony Chisom AIDS Foundation (ACAF) is based in Dallas,Texas. The Foundation will also work with other non-profit organizations focused on and dedicated to the support of those living with HIV/AIDS around the world. By joining with others, we hope to streamline the benefits given to those living with HIV/AIDS, bringing about the most successful impact that we can.Our goal is to raise $100,000.00 by the end of 2008 and begin to distributing the funds in 2009. Please join in our fundraising efforts by clicking on the donate button below to make your donation in any amount. Remember, no amount is too small. Your small change can change the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS.
