About Me


Skyline Heroes are a four piece rock band from the Isle of Wight, They are Lucas Hardy (Guitar), Ben Gourley (Guitar), Danny Knox (Drums) and Richard St. John Jacobs (Bass). The four piece are all vocalists which gives each of their songs individuality and a strong character. Their live performances have been described as "Energetic!", "Slick and Polished" and "Very tight, punchy assured performance".
When the boys started the band in late '05 they quickly began playing as many gigs as they could get there hands on. Winning a locally organised 'Battle of the Bands' gave Skyline Heroes a slot on the Nokia Isle of Wight Festival's Main Stage. After being together for a matter of months the band were playing the main stage of one of the biggest festivals in the U.K. and having performance footage and interviews shown on Channel 4.
Now with their second EP released the band are going to put everything they've got into letting everyone know about Skyline Heroes.

Skyline Heroes reached the final 25 for the Channel 4 Hollyoaks competition, and were shortlisted in 4Unsigned's recommended bands.
